Workshop Registration Information

The Summer Institute will be held for two consecutive days, on the Macon Cove Campus . Many of the workshops have limited seating; therefore reservations will be required for lunch on each of the two days and will be limited to those attending session(s) on that date. The lunch count must be finalized by June 14; therefore, this is the last day to guarantee a lunch reservation.

You may also register each day of the Summer Institute for workshops being presented that day if space is still available.

Registration Information for Southwest Participants

Online pre-registration is available for Southwest faculty. To register for a workshop, follow these steps:

Registration Information for Non-Southwest Participants

  • Visit the Distance Education Concierge - Account Registration page to create your account. Please write your password down for future reference.
  • A confirmation/activation email will be sent to the email address you provided.
  • Follow the directions in the email to activate your account. A browser window will open for you to log in to the Distance Education Concierge.
  • You are now logged in, you will remain logged in until you click on the log out link.
  • If you joined us for Summer Institute last year and you have forgotten your password, please visit the Password Reset page.
  • Visit the Schedule of Events & Session Registration page.
  • Click on the workshop title and read the workshop information.
  • Follow the "Register For This Section" link at the bottom of the workshop information page.

Once you have registered for a workshop, you will receive a confirmation page via e-mail. If you forget what workshops you are scheduled to attend, visit the current workshop registration page. If you have registered for a session and need to cancel the session, please revisit the session on the  Schedule of Events & Session Registration page to unenroll yourself.
