Teaching Academy

Professional Development

The mission of the Teaching Academy is to create a community of educators and learners who work together to improve their understanding of student learning, to share that understanding with others, and to enhance the learning environment.

The Teaching Academy sponsors open-discussion forums, professional development workshops, and seminars to enhance the skills of all educators, faculty, and staff. The Teaching Academy also works to provide faculty development opportunities throughout the year through sessions led by local, region and nationally recognized experts. Please check the training calendar for upcoming sessions.
